Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AMP Procurement LLC (“AMP Procurement,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with amp-procurement.com (the “Site”) and the sourcing, quoting, and order services we provide (together with the Site, the “Services”). We are an Illinois limited liability company and we serve business customers located in the United States.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you provide. Name, company name, business email address, telephone number, mailing and shipping addresses, project and product requirements, purchase order details, and any other information you include in messages, quote requests, or order documentation.
  • Account information. If you are issued access to a customer or staff account, we collect your login email and authentication credentials (passwords are stored only in hashed form).
  • Transaction information. Quotes, orders, shipment and tracking records, and related correspondence.
  • Technical information. IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and timestamps, collected automatically through server logs and strictly necessary cookies.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16, and the Services are not directed to consumers or children.

2. How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries and prepare quotes and proposals.
  • To process, fulfill, ship, and support orders.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Services.
  • To send transactional communications such as quote, order, and shipment notices.
  • To comply with legal, tax, export-control, and recordkeeping obligations, and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. How we share information

We share information only as needed to run our business: with manufacturers, suppliers, freight carriers, and other vendors involved in fulfilling your request; with service providers that host our website, database, and email delivery; with professional advisors such as accountants, insurers, and attorneys; in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of assets; and when required by law, subpoena, or lawful government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AMP Procurement, our customers, or others.

4. Cookies

The Site uses only cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to operate the Site and keep authenticated sessions secure. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You may block cookies in your browser, but portions of the Services may not function.

5. Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and to satisfy our legal, accounting, warranty, and reporting obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and role-based permissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Biometric information (Illinois BIPA)

We do not collect, capture, purchase, receive, store, or disclose biometric identifiers or biometric information as those terms are defined by the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act.

7. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of non-transactional email at any time by contacting us. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to confirm processing, obtain a portable copy of their data, and appeal a denied request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, email info@amp-procurement.com. We will verify your request using the information already associated with your account or correspondence and respond within the time required by applicable law.

8. Order and quote status lookup

We offer a status lookup tool that returns limited, non-identifying status information when a valid quote, order, or project number is entered. It does not display names, contact details, pricing, or line-item information. Anyone holding a valid reference number can view that limited status, so treat your reference numbers as confidential.

9. Accessibility

We are committed to making this Site usable by everyone, and we work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. If you encounter a barrier or need information in an alternative format, email info@amp-procurement.com and we will work with you to provide the information or transaction you need.

10. United States only

The Services are offered to customers in the United States and information is processed and stored in the United States. We do not market the Services to, or knowingly provide the Services to, individuals located outside the United States.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the effective date above and, where required by law, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
